The organisation was outstanding from start to finish. Every detail had been thought through. My students came back speaking French with real confidence — and more importantly, they actually wanted to keep learning.

As an education agent I work with many providers across Europe, and KLF stands apart. Their quotes are detailed and transparent, and they genuinely adapt to each group's needs. Our partner schools keep coming back every year.

We chose Annecy for our group of 32 students and it was the right decision. The accommodation was spotless, the teachers were engaging, and the KLF team was reachable at every hour — we never felt alone.

We've organised three trips with KLF — Bordeaux, Montpellier and Lyon. Each time the programme was perfectly tailored to our students' levels. The progress they make in just one week is something no classroom can replicate.

From the first email to the final report, KLF made my job effortless. The quote arrived within hours, the contract was clear, and the team in Toulouse was exceptional. I already have two new bookings confirmed for next year.

I was initially concerned about safety for 15-year-olds but the KLF team put every concern to rest. The host families were warm and carefully selected, supervisors were always present, and the activities were genuinely exciting. Highly recommend.
